This past weekend we spent sharing our cheese with the attendants at Winefest. This is a busy event where you buy a ticket and you get to try all of the food and wine you would like to!

We premiered our cow’s milk cheese and had our old favourite pecorinos. We even introduced a special cow milk cream cheese with cranberries and cinnamon which was a hit!

Raw Sheep Milk

Young Pecorino

Old Ewekrainian Pecorino

Cow Milk Cheese:

Peppercorn Cow Milk

Plain Cow Milk

Cow Milk Cream Cheese in garlic or cranberry and cinnamon

The listed hard cheese are currently available at the Greens Eggs and Ham booth at Mothers Market in Edmonton and our on farm store. Only the pecorino is available at Old Strathcona Farmers Market. I will post when the cranberry with cinnamon cream cheese will be available at the market.
