30 Jul Cream Cheese Season
We are officially out of our hard cheeses! A busy weekend on the farm took all of our cheese. We are currently stocked with Garlic and Chive or Plain Fresco - our soft cream cheese and Italian Sausages as well as our wool products. We might have some more meats added during the week. We are planning to have cow cheese available in the coming weeks as well as a young pecorino (fingers crossed).
At this time of year we only have one ewe milking and her production is dropping as we’re entering August.
We hope to be milking 4 ewes next spring so our supply will be up!
