Join us for an afternoon making Fresco – it’s easy! \nCheck in time is 11am with the day beginning at 11:15am until 5pm \nThe day includes making Fresco\, working a bit in the aging rooms doing ‘cheese chores’ to experience the other cheeses\, walking the sheep in from the pasture and watching the sheep being milked. \nPrice: $55/person \nIncludes: \nA farm made lunch \nCoffee break with Fresco cheese cake and a b-a-a-tte \nFresco that you made to take home with you! \n20 people maximum. \nPlease bring clean cheese making clothes – a tshirt and shorts/light pants.
