Cheesemaking Class - Fresco Saturday, June 20

Learn to make cheese with The Cheesiry!
Want to learn to make our cream cheese style of cheese? Join us for an afternoon making Fresco - it’s easy!
Check in time is 11am with the day beginning at 11:15am until 5pm
The day includes making Fresco, working a bit in the aging rooms doing ‘cheese chores’ to experience the other cheeses, walking the sheep in from the pasture and watching the sheep being milked.
Price: $55/person
Includes:
A farm made lunch
Coffee break with Fresco cheese cake and a b-a-a-tte
Fresco that you made to take home with you!
20 people maximum.
Please bring clean cheese making clothes - a tshirt and shorts/light pants. And a cooler to take your cheese home in.
