Learn to make cheese with The Cheesiry!
Spend the day with us making a batch of our Camembert style of cheese, La Bianca.
The day includes making La Bianca, working a bit in the aging rooms doing ‘cheese chores’ to experience the other cheeses, walking the sheep in from the pasture and watching the sheep being milked.

A farm made lunch
Coffee break with La Bianca featured snack and a b-a-a-tte
La Bianca made from the previous batch to take home with you or the option to return and pick up from your batch in a few weeks.
20 people maximum.
There is the option to stay for the Alberta Open Farm Days Culinary Event in the evening as well (more info on that event posted in July)
