We’re offering a new discount starting this Thursday on -farm and will extend to the Old Strathcona Farmers market this Saturday.

If you purchase a large wheel it is $45/kg (savings of $15/kg - avg 6kg/wheel)

Large wedges are $50/kg (savings of $10/kg - approx 2 kg)

The cheese stores months if vacuum packed in your fridge - or because it is already a drier cheese with a somewhat crumbly texture - that will not change much with freezing.
